Breaux Bridge Estate is expanding with a second apartment building! Construction has already begun!
It is with great pleasure that we announce PHASE 2 of the Breaux Bridge Complex! With an expected target completion date of Winter 2025, this modern 93 unit apartment building will feature some new amenities including a gym, golf simulator and a meeting room. Breaux Bridge Phase 2 will feature similar modern amenities than Phase 1. We are delighted to grow within the Shediac Community.
With the overall success of Phase 1, we are excited to move along with Phase 2. The Shediac community is growing rapidly and we wanted to meet with current demands. It is essential for us to offer the best possible service to residents. The fact that we are locally owned and managed allows us to be hands-on in the process.
